I've been wanting to use these guys for years, but always ending up finding alternative products or means of shipment. I finally got a chance to go through the whole process with their delivery service and it was so stupidly simple and seamless. I received a quote the same day as my request and the item arrived at their warehouse a little over 2 weeks later. From there it's a quick schedule for pickup via their email and that's it!

For the amount of time they saved me versus setting up freight services with other companies it's so worth it! There's no documentation that I have to deal with and no sales tax as well.
I'll definitely be using their services in the near future!

In the past I have tried using major freight companies that offer forwarding as a service and it has always been a hassle. This was a far better experience.

Shop and Deliver by Lulu saved me from the curse of "Shipping for this item only available to the contiguous 48 states", and helped me get some large pieces of furniture that I hope to have forever.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I received a quote for my items quickly, and correspondence was prompt and pleasant when I had questions or requested updates regarding delivery.

I would, and most likely will, contact Lulu again if I ever require anything else from companies that do not ship to Alaska!

highly recommend! great customer service and extremely easy ordering/pickup process. everything is done online. you fill out a form with your desired item(s), they send you a quote, you pay, and then when your item(s) arrive they contact you to schedule a pick up time. i needed a very specific cargo box for my car and i couldnt find any company to ship to AK due to its size. after searching for shipping options on reddit (r/alaska) someone recommended 'Shop+Deliver by Lulu' and im glad they did. if i need something shipped again this business will be my go-to ?

Just got a table and chairs from Pottery Barn through them and I couldn’t be happier! It took a long time to get the items, but they always answered my questions very quickly and were very professional the entire time. I even used their “delivery service” because this table weighs so much and their contractor was also courteous and more than helpful. Thank you!

So impressed with this service. The difference in cost between shipping our IKEA item up using a regular transportation company and using Shop + Deliver was negligible. This was 100% made up for by not having to deal with the logistics of getting each item from IKEA to the shipping company - Shop+ Deliver does it ALL. The staff responded to all our emails incredibly quickly, and were kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend using Shop + Deliver.

These guys are really great! I've used them to purchase a King size bed, living room rug, and most recently a side board from IKEA. The only thing that would make the experience better is a notification email that the items were successfully purchased and/or delivered to the freight forwarder. I'd just like to know progress is being made. Otherwise they have always been quick to respond to quote requests and other inquiries.

I had a specific type of convertible sofa in mind and after finding ‘just the right one’ I was bummed out by how much the supplier was going to charge for shipping to Alaska. I stumbled upon Shop+Deliver when I was trying to find a local company who could ship it for a reasonable amount. Shop+Deliver really delivered on quoting a great price - about a third of the amount that the supplier quoted! I knew it could take 2-3 months for the sofa to arrive in Anchorage but I was fine with waiting because I was able to order the one I really wanted. Thanks for great communications and smooth transactions from start to finish. I am a very satisfied customer and won’t hesitate to use them again when the opportunity arises.
