This store is widely stocked on tons of items. They're fair on prices and quick to offer help. I had an interest in flooring. After looking at tons of stores, I finally found options I liked at this store. The owners sent out a fantastic floor installation guy who did a free estimate and gave us advice on a possible floor issue that we may need rectified before ordering flooring. I absolutely plan to go by there in a few days to order the flooring and am excited to have them install it in my home.

Reneé, Cathy, Ken and Estelle are just good people. Renee’s eye for detail is a talent. They are so patient and kind with people like me who can’t make up their minds!! You might find something cheaper at a big box store but you aren’t going to get the expertise and design talent you get at Showcase Lighting and Floors.

Not a good fit for us and our needs. If you are looking for an upscale store, quality, and customer service......look elsewhere. Our experience with this store and the people who work there was just not acceptable.
