Everything was great until I got home and saw the mattress didn't fit the base we bought. Went there immediately to the store. No way were they going to get one that fit. "They are hand made and very in size. We don't have a return policy for mattresses." B.S. went to Costco and got a king size novafoam brought it home and it fit perfectly. Good thing I needed another king size for my other room. mattress didn't even meet the +/- 1" that beauty rest says is their tolerances. 5" short length and 4" short on width. Should have been called a factory defect. But no give on the return. Thanks Dave I will never shop at your place again. Your welcome for the 4300 dollars of my money. Rest of bedroom set was good have to say that. Crap customer service.

We came into the store looking for a specific bed and they helped us find one to fit our needs. I appreciated their straightforward information and help. I've been to other stores that seemed more interested in the upsell than the customer, and thankfully that was not our experience here. Being from another Southeast town, they helped arrange a delivery to Alaska Air Cargo so it could be shipped to our home. Highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff.

I bought my couch and dining set from them. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly and when they put together and set up my furniture, I was pleased with their skill and care. I also took my friend there to buy her couch and coffee table which is when I found a chair I liked. They were helpful and put the items on hold as we figured out measurements. I did not feel pressured to buy anything which was a nice change of pace. It was clear they know they are the only guys in town and lack competition but the customer service was still good.

Chris always has price matched and is amazing to work with. David was amazing with my Grandmother when she was looking for a new mattress after her husband passed and she walked out with a smile on her face and a new bed to sleep in. We filled the entire house, every room, with furniture from this wonderful store. No particle board here, all solid wood and true quality that is hard to find. The sales staff is amazing, they really listen well and help with every need. A fabulous shopping experience and we will definitely be back.

I love SE Furniture. Here is how they went above and beyond with customer service....my man Jan had to have shoulder surgery. We were on our vacation in Hawaii. We heard from several people while on our trip that Jan would not be comfortable sleeping lying down for weeks. A recliner was recommended by friends. I reached out to SE furniture while we were on vacation, days before we were to return home. Myrissa sent me photos, we booked a delivery date without yet committing to a purchase. We flew home Saturday, purchased Sunday...it was delivered Monday, Jan had his surgery today Tuesday. Now he is happily rocking in his new recliner... Service is above and beyond. They hauled away our old couch. We could not of pulled this off without them. Delivery and hauling away all within 48 hours. Plus I have my new fabulous octopus wall hanging which I purchased from them. They are 10 stars plus. Amazing customer service all the way around.
