My experience was great. I appreciate Ms Dot and Laurie for all of their help the furniture that I bought went 1/2 off so I made a trip from Columbus Georgia to get it...The only thing I had a problem with is that I had to find and pay someone in the area to load it up for me. I was told there was nobody to do it. I don't fault the employees but I do fault upper management if I've paid over $3000 for the furniture and came from Georgia to pick it up at least someone could've been there to load it up for me.

I have purchased furniture for over 50 years all in Texas but I was most impressed with the staff & especially Lori Arnette at Spiller Furniture Lori went out of her way to find two specific chairs I was looking for. In only one day she had them located & in two days had them sitting in my home. Now that’s serving our community!! I can’t say enough good things about Lori & her persistence to find exactly what I was looking for. Her communication skills are second to none & her people skills are the BEST! She even had one of her very capable & sweet co workers Tiffany call me to follow up!! Now that is true customer service! I am new to Prattville & I am so excited that I found my furniture go to place right here in downtown Prattville!! Thanks Lori & your team!

Went to several places looking for furniture with no luck. Although they didn’t have everything I needed, I found a recliner that I love. I’m real short and have back issues and most furniture is too deep for me which is why they didn’t have everything I needed. The recliner that doesn’t look like a recliner fits me really good. And Ms. Dot is amazing! She’s so sweet and very helpful. I can’t say enough about Ms Dot, she’s one in a million. I had a great experience with Spiller.

A few months back, I purchased my son a new mattress set. Dot Davis assisted me and I found the perfect one. At that time, I saw a complete living room set I loved. I knew we were about to be ready to purchase. Mrs. Dot once again helped me by telling me of an upcoming sale that would benefit me. Last month, we finally purchased the living room set, and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience, and I feel great about our investment. We also ended up buying a new King mattress set just like my son's.

Great experience! We just got an apartment and needed a couch and mattress. We looked at chain stores but they did not have stock or timely delivery. Very disappointing. Then driving through downtown Prattville we saw Spiller! We went in on a hunch and was so happy we did! Dot was so sweet and helped us find the perfect couch and mattress! We explained how desperate we were for these pieces so she arranged delivery for the very next morning! Awesome store and people!
