I really love the people TG and the great job they did. They came out in 2022 in the fall to fix water damage. Roger said that they would do the work but they didn't want to start until early summer 2024 as if they started in the fall, there was a risk of frozen pipes. I appreciated the honest. This year in June they fixed the water damage and everything looks perfect. Thank you TG carpet for your professionalism, good work and honesty. We feel like family.

TG’s is highly experienced in getting water damage restoration and mold mitigation done right. All the staff were super friendly and considerate, providing exceptional service throughout the process of managing the water damage caused by ice dams at our home this past winter/spring. Loretta and the others I talked to at TG's we're so friendly and accommodated our schedule and needs so we'll, even though they're really busy these days. I thought the price was a good value for the excellent service. The people who bought our house where the carpet was stretched and cleaned said it looked great. This is was the second time, years after the first, that I used TG and another 5-star experience.

My sink overflowed and flooded 3 rooms of my house. I called Rainbow first thing in the morning. They adjusted their schedule to come out ASAP. Greg Peace was my technician. They extracted all the water they could from the carpet, set up fans, and dehumidifiers, and came back everyday to inspect and adjust. They got it done quickly and under budget. They were very easy to work with. Rainbow made a bad experience better with their great customer service. Thanks!

The folks who work for this company are lovely and very nice. That being said I had many issues with them. I’m disappointed in how expensive the work was for them having to come back twice to fix a tile they broke and floors that were peeling. The fixed tile is not the right color and I am stuck with it.
