Stopped by this place on my way to lunch while visiting Flagstaff and was very impressed with the quality of the items I saw.
I was being shown around the warehouse when I stopped dead in my tracks in front of a mirror that had me speechless.
Unfortunately, I had come up north with my friend in a small car and this mirror was HUGE.
Got to talking to the owner and he offered to have it delivered for me to Phoenix (which if you’re not familiar is about a two hour drive from Flagstaff). Not only did they deliver it to me perfectly in tact- they delivered it THE NEXT MORNING.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The prices were outstanding and there was so much to look at. A pickers paradise. If you’re ever in Flagstaff be sure to check them out and grab something cool!

I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We are moving and contacted David to see if he would purchase and potentially pick up items we had. We had a variety of very nice pieces of furniture and appliances (easily with a resale value over $2K). He told my husband that he would give us $150 for ALL of the items. He said picking up items would cost him at least $300 in labor and time and that we should just try Facebook Marketplace. I'm sad that a local shop that we frequented often would be so greedy, especially when their items for resale are NOT cheap.. they're higher than usual prices for resale furniture but we figured that was to offset costs for a local business. Now we know that they are ripping off customers and selling for significantly more. Greedy. Very disappointed and will no longer be loyal customers here.

Beware!!
I went by to see if Barn Bros. was interested in buying some pieces of travertine that I didn’t use in the construction of my home. 12 pieces 42”x12” beautiful pieces that cost a pretty penny.
The woman at the counter was very nice and seemed like they would be interested. She called David who told me that he might be able to sell them for $10 each and offered me $30 for all 12!!
Even though this was a slap in the face I agreed and he totally backed out and said that the only way he would take them is if I gave them to them for nothing!!
Ridiculous!!! Make an offer and then back out, please!!
I took them to RESTORE and got a $400 write off for my taxes!!
I won’t be back.

Not good. David the owner agreed to meet me at my storage to look at some big items. He agreed to meet me in 15 min (I was 5 min from store). He was 45 minutes LATE. Then he looked at what I wanted to get rid of and said "If I can get $500 worth of stuff to sell I can give you around $10." GREEDY, GREEDY, GREEDY. Then he told me he would charge me between $300-$600 to haul it off for me. WHAT? So his sign "We buy everything" is NOT TRUE. This greedy owner needs held accountable. I decided to donate items for fair value tax write off. He basically wants you to give him stuff so he can make money. SKIP THIS BUSINESS if you are trying to get rid of items. Flagstaff does NOT need greedy business owners like this.

Got the runaround. Stopped by with 1 item, they said send pics of your other items and we can give u a quote for the lot. Sent pics, they said to come in with them. Brought them to the store they said oh I thought u would have brought this assembled….im gonna bring a desk that is 7x4 assembled? They wanted me to assemble it and buy it all for $30. Nope, donated instead.

I recently used the Barn Brothers to clear out an estate. They were very responsive, professional and respectful. I would recommend their services for anyone in a similar situation.

They worked with my schedule, the process was quick and discrete. They made a vey complex and difficult stage of my life as easy as possible.

This was an unfortunate experience. We have come here before to buy furniture, and the older southern gentlemen was the only genuine employee we met. Recently, we came by to sell some stuff. We had some pretty high value stuff that we were looking to sell. Obviously, we weren't expecting as much money as we paid for it, but what we were offered was a joke. We were moving and were trying to get rid of a few furniture sets, some expensive electronics, and a like new household appliance. Again, we weren't expecting much, but we were hoping that everything together would at least be around $80-100... this dude offered us $30 bucks for everything. Everything we brought was in great condition, in a set, no damage, and was valued around $700 when new. The guy didn't even seem to care that he was blatantly lowballing us and shrugged us off.

This is wild to me since they overcharge for a lot of items here that aren't in sets and aren't functional. I get how the business works, and they aren't gonna pay as much as you paid, but you'd honestly be better off going to a pawn shop or donating it to someone who needs it. These guys act like they want it for free basically so they can sell it for twice the amount. We went to a pawn shop afterward and was priced out at $150, which was more reasonable and understandable. They also asked us to text them pictures of some of our items and they'd get back to us after evaluating them. Yeah, they never got back to us.

You might be able to find some decent vintage stuff here, and it might be better than paying full price at a retail spot. However, I don't recommend trying to sell anything here if you're looking for value, and I'd highly recommend negotiating prices here because they have the wiggle room from overpricing items.
