Perfect laundromat for travelers. Super clean inside. ATM and coin changer available along with a stocked vending machine.

Super clean bathrooms, and SHOWERS! 8 bucks for 14 minutes, I timed and it's an honest 14 minute shower. Water got hot almost immediately too so you're not wasting time waiting. 5 stars on that alone.

Laundromat machines are plenty with various sized machines from small to huge industrial.

Parking in the area seems free and there's a lot of it along with a lot for larger vehicles.

Come on a weekend and do your laundry, visit the dispensary next door, and hit the farmers market 40 feet up the sidewalk!

When have you seen a clean, well lit, fully functioning laundromat? This one checks all those boxes! They have several sized machines, at several prices. For the $4 machine we did not even have enough clothes. The washing is approx 25 mins and drying for 25 mins is more than enough for drying.

They also have showers on site, $8 for 14 mins - extra if couples want to shower together. ?

There are other services in the area for you to spend time (a small Safeway is a two min walk if you need supplies) or you can go for a walk on a trail close by.

Moldy & broke down

Shower on the left shorts out all the electricity so you’re left showering in the dark. It’s happened to me five times in a row. I tried to tell the attendant today, who confirmed it had happened to another patron, and she refused to listen. I gave up after three efforts.

So today I showered on the right. The change machine gave me a quarter instead of a dollar coin, so I had to go back out to my car for more money. That’s the second time that’s happened. The attendant was suddenly nowhere to be found. The fan wasn’t working in the shower room on the right. As soon as I came out, the attendant ducked behind the door again. Fantastic!

The washers, all front loading, are moldy. I checked them all. As are the shower curtains. And one of the washers took my money so I stopped washing my clothes there. It’s over priced anyway.

I agree with the other reviewer that it makes no sense to charge extra $5 for couples when they use the same amount of water and time.

Either the attendant isn’t informing the owner of the maintenance needs or the owner simply doesn’t care to maintain the facility properly to ensure the longevity of their machinery and building.

Overpriced, no seating, but your only option in Girdwood. Idk who rated this place #1 in America. 5.50 for a wash. Nice that they have showers for people in dry cabins but 8.00$ for 14 min +5$ for couples seems a bit much.

No joke, this place is awesome to look at the restrooms and showers! Decorated with such fun... Go look even if you don't have laundry to do!!!
BUT- drying the laundry is very expensive - $0.25/3min!! We spent more on drying than washing.

Coolest, Cleanest and nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in! Stocked vending machine, atm and change machine available and a dispensary right next door as well. The showers are also always clean and friendly staff. Shyla is the best! The ceiling has a beautiful mural on it to behold while you fold your clothes.

Shower: $8 for single person 14 mins extra $5 for couples (which makes no sense, seems greedy to me if it’s the same 14 mins). It takes Dollar coins only and the have a machine that changes bills to dollar coins and dollar coins for quarters.

The laundry takes both dollar coins and quarters.

The biggest dryer I inserted a dollar coin and it popped up 9 mins and I inserted another and it popped up 15 mins, what? This is a rip off and not consistent. $.25 is 3 mins. Total rip off.

So we didn't need to do laundry, we were just driving by. But when you see a sign that says: "Voted America's #1 Laundromat" with a hair salon, massage, art gallery, Thai food, Wi-Fi, Cannabis and an ATM, you need to stop in. (Even if just to say you were there). Oh, laundry services are available too. A very cool place.
