UPDATE 07-26-24: STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I found myself always on the phone trying to figure out why they did not come out each month even though my account was being deducted $80 per month. No clear indications of when the next service would be until you called with a compliant or question. I called to cancel because I found out that they could not verify if they treated by yard for crabgrass. When they did service my yard, my account would note: "Saw crabgrass in your yard today." Well I hired them to treat the weeds but apparently, that was not done. Final straw, the new tech stated that he did not understand why he was sent to my yard when he only could fertilize based on the equipment he had available to him. That was the final straw. Oh, and i was told that I would get a 'final bill". For what? I have been paying $80 since March 2024.. you have been out 3 times only!!!! Stay clear!

One call and I was able to start the process of reclaiming my lawn from weeds. My technician, Jonathan Wooten, always provides detailed reports of treatments provided and what issues were found. I have noticed a change in the look of my lawn with just a few treatments. I understand it is a process and I can't wait to see the final results.

When My lawn began to have brown areas and I contacted unlimited lawns immediately. Bobby came out and treated the area within a week. He assured me that his treatment would take care of the issue. Great support from this team.

I've used Unlimited Lawn Care for 3 years now. Their services are reasonable and my yard never looked better. I appreciate their technicians who are always willing to treat the "hard to manage" areas. Jonathan Woolen is my newest lawn tech and did a thorough job of spraying every inch of my yard. This company absolutely has ZERO customer respect. Their techs showed up to my house for a routine treatment, to which they ONLY spot sprayed 3 areas. The back yard is FULL of weeds and they did nothing for it. I called to have them come back out and re treat since they didn’t the first time but yet they happily took my money.
The call center women were VERY rude to me and told me they would put us on the schedule for the following day. The techs never showed up that day.
The following day I called and canceled our service.
After a few days, I got a call from someone from the company wanting to make things right and asked me to come back with the promise of a free treatment… to which they NEVER SHOWED!

FIVE more times after this they failed to show for their scheduled “make up” treatment with each time having some kind of excuse. FIVE times they made up excuses as to why they never showed up.

I paid for a service that was NOT completed and that they REFUSE to come back and complete. HORRIBLE customer service (if you can even call it that) and they absolutely DO NOT value their customers.
