Fabulous!!! I went in for a light or two and came out with lighting for the whole house. They made the process so easy. From assistance with picking out the lights, to personally delivering them, to the follow up after they were installed- everything was absolutely perfect. Lindsey really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. She even labeled all the lights and picked out the perfect bulbs (also labeled- thank you Lindsey ?). I didn’t have to remember what went where when the installers arrived. It was already taken care of. I just can’t say enough. They’re simply fabulous.

I first went to Visual Comfort a little over a year ago. The sales associate named Lindsey helped me with new light fixtures for my front and back doors. She was spot on about the scale and style, so I went to see her again. She helped me with new fixtures for the remodeling of two bathrooms. Again she provided me with the perfect recommendations. Now I'm redoing the rest of my house. She came to my house to take measurements. She then sent me a selection of options that would fit the spaces, and guess what...PERFECTION! Visual Comfort and Lindsey Smith are a winning team. I'd be lost without them. Thanks!

Visual Comfort has been incredibly helpful on my client’s projects. They bring a high level of expertise for many areas of lighting, along with offering many solutions to meet our needs. Love, love love this showroom and everyone that works there! Brenton is the best listener and even knew what I wanted better than I did myself when I explained my lighting ideas. He guided me through some options and poof, my new dining room chandelier was at my front door within two days from ordering!
