If I could give zero stars I would. Our carpet is no where near cleaned. I called Warren and Son as our usual company is booked too far out for our needs. Our appointment was on Friday. I had to follow up with a Rug Doctor on Sunday as I could tell the job was sub par. See pics of 5x19 the area I re cleaned and the extracted water. I gave up after seeing the results as it was clear this job was not done well at all. We had no stains and I paid for one area ( the area marked off by dotted lines in pic) to be treated for pets. I will follow up with a call to Warren and Sons. Even if they offered to come out again I would decline. What ever system they use is not effective. I will say that the young man that did the work was very kind and polite. I even gave him a cash tip. I don't fault him as what ever system he was given to use obviously doesn't work. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with our regular company due to a cancelation and will be having them come out and re do the carpets.

We hired them to clean our carpets for our final out on JBER, we had a couple of spots where our toddler had an accident. They were clearly marked, we paid extra to have them treated and cleaned. There wasn't even a question, they didn't appear to be treated at all. We were charged for the extra cleaning as well as charged by housing for Warren and sons to come and clean it again. And when I called to talk to them about it, the lady who answered the phone was very disinterested and said"I don't know what you want me to do about it". Save your money and only pay once if you have any problems with your carpet. I should have listened to the lady that told me not to do it.

Warren & Sons is an all-around fantastic company! Prompt, efficient, excellent care and carpet cleaning, and to top it off their customer service is spectacular! One particularly tough job, Josh came out and did some very impressive removal of some awfully stained and literally all over crunchy carpet—we were so impressed with his careful and thorough work, as the carpets are now stain-free and so soft again. Cannot thank you enough!
