Joel is the best! Ask for him when you to in, he knows everything about everything & will go above and beyond to help you! Avoid working with the manager with the east coast accent…he’s got a bad attitude problem and makes you just want to leave because he provides such a sour customer experience.

Very good customer service with Gabby! She demonstrated expertise and knowledge of the products. My Canadel dining table is drop - dead gorgeous. Quality is superior. Without Gabby’s attention and assistance, I wouldn’t have been able to select the details that created my gorgeous table. It was well worth the wait for its construction.

Great selection of higher end furniture that will last you a life time. Sales team was was friendly, I really didn’t have much interaction until I actually ordered the furniture, as I knew what I was looking for.
Salesperson tried to sell me some warranty for a protection plan, when I asked to see the contract it wasn’t available. It was later emailed to me, I opted out.
You drop 10k plus on some furniture and then nickel and dime you for a delivery fee. The fee wasn’t a lot to me it just seemed cheap.
When check out/pay the salesperson sits down behind a deck to check for inventory/place order because nothing is in stock as usual. Meanwhile you are standing in front of a desk like you’re at the DMV. You are at a furniture store, get a few accent chair or something for customers to sit down.
Over all not bad, not good experience.
Still waiting for furniture.

I worked with Kathleen over the past few weeks to get new living room furniture. Williams and Kay has always been more concerned about getting furniture that fits my lifestyle and does not have high-pressure sales tactics, which I appreciate. I like how they check in with you but they leave you alone. If they see you were struggling they offer solutions.
Kathleen was extremely helpful and mapped out my living room with furniture options. She gave me a lot of good ideas and was very patient as it took me quite a few visits to make up my mind about what I wanted. Today I ordered my furniture, and Kathleen went through all of the paperwork with me to make sure that everything on my order was correct. Now, just waiting to get my furniture in!

If you're looking for furniture then you need to visit Williams & Kay. This store is gigantic! You'll spend an hour here just looking at the large selection of furniture on the first floor, but wait until you see the second floor! You'll find quality furniture here.
