I am so happy with my purchase. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the furnishings. They are so nice. Also the men that delivered the furniture were so nice and so helpful. They asked me every time before they put a piece of furniture in place, is this where you want this. I really appreciate that, because I wouldn’t have been able to move the furniture around once they left. Amazing shopping experience ?

We have been doing business with Yourway since around 2010 and have always had a good experience until now. We always conduct business with Pete and it has always been great. We just recently moved again and was in need of quite a few items. I called Pete around 4pm to let him know we were on our way. I confirmed that the store hours were until 530pm. He said they usually try to leave around 515 but no problem since he knew we were coming. We were there by 430 and he was assisting us with pieces we were looking for. Around 510pm the manager, Danny Reed, made a comment that 'we were already keeping them after hours' and he wasn't joking. It was very rude since we were paying cash and was spending a good bit. Because of that comment we will not use this store any longer. It saddens me because Pete is a really good guy and works hard for the customers. Danny needs training in Customer Service!

I have purchased from YourWay in the past years when the older gentleman was there but this Danny is very disrespectful and the Mexican lady follow his lead seems he gets mad when you want to pay 90 days same as cash very rude to me and wanted to be argumentative I will never purchase anything at this store as long as he works there

Very nice people who seem to do what they can to discount the price or work out a payment plan you can afford. They seem to be very interested in building relationships with their customers for repeat business and being a household name in the community. They've been around a while and I think they've accomplished that. Unique items and don't forget to check out their clearance store for scratch and dent items.

At first , when my wife said meet her at a store in Alberta, I was very hesitant. I found out I was wrong really fast after walking in. Had a great staff. From the sales woman on up. The quality of furniture was impressive, one piece we got was half the price anywhere else I could find it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to come check them out
