A big thank you to Juli for helping us find a beautiful and super comfy couch! She offered her expertise when choosing the pillow covers and was very patient with our indecisiveness. Julie (I think) was amazing. My family went to several furniture stores today and BY FAR she was the most respectful, courteous, polite, caring, and friendly salesperson that we encountered. She helped us when we entered, gave us the lay of the land, and let us explore without hovering. Even when we were near her, she did not hover or eavesdrop. She was in polite conversation with her colleague and if we had a question she was quick to tend to our needs. We did not make any purchases today, anywhere, but when we do I’ll think of her. Request her by name if you can.

We tried to find these tables in Colorado without success. Finally we found them in AZ at American Furniture Galleries. We got rid o these two glass top tables and replaced them with these gorgeous copper top C tables. What a difference it makes in our small living room! Juli and Kelly were quite helpful - thanks!

I searched for months for a recliner. I purchased a recliner with electric control. The chair was delivered on June 11th along with a desk I went back and purchased. The motor stopped working on July 5th. I immediately called and I was told the earliest time someone could come out for service was on the following Thursday, July 11th. I paid $100.00 delivery fee, I live just down the street from the store. The 2 delivery guys would not take my old recliner out for me even though the had to walk back to the delivery vehicle and go past 2 dumpsters to get out of the apartment complex. The delivery man said I did not pay the removal fee so they could not take the recliner out. This is very poor customer service and even poorer product in the chair. The desk had a blemish on one of the drawers. I will update again after I question their return policy.

Still waiting Kelly.... 7 freaking months for a simple warranty repair. Does she email or return phone calls... nope.

Update, they have replaced one broken sofa with another broken sofa..... another claim on the replacement broken sofa. Ray told me he will let me know when there is another replacement is available. I also brought it to his attention the love seat has manufacturing defects. My 2 year old can use a brad nailer better than these guys.

Now as we stand today, Ray pushed me off to the the manufacture of the sofa. I now have a broken sofa and love seat. Kelly (who has the customer service abilities of a dog) contacted me and said "We would like to come and pick up the sofa and love seat and give you a refund. I said ok come get them, they picked them up the same day. When I went to get my refund she would not give me a full refund!!

Now 5 days later Ray Garcia is not responding to emails. They took the furniture, refused a full refund and now are not responding. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Update, after a month, Ray will not respond to emails. They have also ignored the complaint I filed with BBB.... I guess they think they will keep my money and the furniture.

I had such a great experience at American Furniture Galleries. Ray Garcia and his team did such a wonderful job from sales, customer service and delivery. I purchased this beautiful sleeper sofa couch and loveseat. The leather is durable and top quality. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Happy Customer!

My experience here was great! This was my first time buying myself a mattress (I ended up getting a bedroom set because it was such a good deal) and I am so grateful that the salesman, Gary was not pushy at all! He showed me what mattresses they had and gave me time to myself to try them all out so I can pick which one I liked. I found my mattress and told him that I had to come back so that way my boyfriend can see the mattress as well. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to check my credit right away once I told him that I was planning to finance. He even advised me not do the credit application unless I knew for sure that I wanted to go through with the purchase because it would be a hard inquiry on my credit. I purchased it last weekend and just got it delivered this morning as I scheduled. The men who delivered everything arrived at my apartment right on time and set everything up very quick! I am very happy with my purchasing experience here.

This store could use a little help with appearances and staging, but that aside, we were able to find what we wanted after months of looking for the right couch. Jamal was very helpful and delivery and set-up was perfect thanks to to the 2 young delivery guys.
