The first mistake was corrected by not having a plug for the recliner. They had another one shipped to us. The main reason is lack of customer service. When we bought our living room set. We asked if you could pay bobs credit card with our Discover card .The salesperson who brought the manager over because she didn't know and wasn't sure . The manager on duty said yes that was no problem. When I get my bill, Wells Fargo said no that we have to pay the bill out of our checking account.
I then went back to the store to complain and the manager on duty said she would have to have the store manager who would have to get back to me.
That was 3 weeks ago and no response.
Won't buy there again.

As much as I appreciated the customer service, I didn't appreciate being lied to. My husband & I came into Bobs discount furniture looking for a couch & mattress, we really liked one of their king size mattresses & decided to finance as it was way out of our budget but being pregnant & dealing with horrible back pain from our current mattress it was definitely a good investment. As we're going over the details of everything, we're informed that delivery would be over $100 so my husband had asked the salesman if the mattress would be coming in a box because in that case we would just prefer pick up. The salesman stepped away to go ask & came back informing us it would not be in a box & would be delivered 'in full size'. My husband & I instantly assumed he meant just wrapped in protective plastic like a spring bed/box & in that case we would need like a truck to be able to pick up as it wouldn't fit in our CRV. We then had to go with the delivery fee as we don't own a truck & we'd have to wait 3 days for it to get here. I just got my order .. tell me why the mattress came in a box? wrapped & sealed. Im very upset about this because we asked the questions that were needed to save us money as we already went way over our budget only to be told something way different making us pay for a service we didn't need. As the delivery driver was leaving he had mentioned that we will be getting a survey shortly & if we can fill it out it would benefit them a lot as they get bonuses based off the deliveries they make. I didn't think much of it until I realized what was happening, the salesman makes his commission for the sale while the delivery men get their commission off the delivery. Im even more infuriated by this scheme .. I definitely don't like to be lied to & I wish Bobs discount would've tried more to prevent this from happening. I deeply don't want to complain, but I am so upset that we basically threw money away when we didn't have to. I am pregnant & I don't work & my husband works very hard to make sure we have everything we need so every dime matters to us.

Between my mother and I we have purchased over $10,000 worth of furniture from you. This is the problem that I have yesterday I was there. I did about $5000 in furniture and when I got down to the bed, I realize that it was priced wrong, I told the manager that the 799 that they had on the bed which at that time was a king size bed was the wrong price. I didn’t know that at the time when I first saw it I fell in love with it thinking that I would spend 800+ delivery and taxes , something told me to look at the tag so I turned the tag over and actually the bed was $1500. I asked her could she put the right tag on the bed because it’s very deceiving And I was totally disappointed. She said that she would call the office and see if I could get a deal on the bed. They told her no of course which I wasn’t expecting a deal anyway and then she went on to tell me that this is how they advertise well well well I think this is wrong. It’s misleading. You’re thinking it’s one price, and that’s not the price at all and it’s written in big bold letters that policy needs to change. She said it was the policy of Bob’s to put the wrong price in hopes that the person would come and turn the tag over to find out the right price doesn’t make much sense to me at all nevertheless, the store is generally very organized. The staff is very , polite and helpful and obviously very professional, but this situation really put a dampen in my spirit ‼️

Purchased a table from Bob’s. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Dakota was awesome with assistance, without being pushy or hovering. The manager that was there (10/22 evening) helped us finalize our purchase and he was great as well! Purchasing was super easy and stress free. Will be back!

I have had a very frustrating experience with Bob's Furniture. I ordered a new mattress from them and did not like it, so I went in and picked out a different one to exchange it. Bob's Furniture came to my house not once, not twice, but three times and each time there was a problem. The first time they didn't have notes on the delivery to pick up the old mattress, the second time the new mattress was damaged, and the third time they didn't have notes on the delivery to pick up the old mattress yet again. This was just too many times for me to get it wrong, so I cancelled my order completely. To top it all off, the delivery guys, who were very nice guys each time, told us that these types of situations happen all the time. For the money that you spend for furniture, this is not the customer service that should be given. I am very understanding about things and I know that people make mistakes and that's OK. This was just too many mess ups and nothing was even offered to make it right. I will no longer be purchasing furniture from Bob's Furniture.

Brian was amazing. He helped me tremendously and even went to Home Depot to get the bolts needed for the bed when there weren’t enough. He also provided me with a number for a wonderful delivery driver who put our bed together and took the old one away along with an old washer and dryer.
