Update: Because of Mr. Lee's exceptional customer service I bought an Embody Gaming Chair in Black/Cyan from DWR instead of HM directly. It arrived over a week ago and I love it!

I went here to look at a Herman Miller gaming chair and the experience was great. We were given a lot of honest information that was geared towards the questions we had rather than trying to immediately sell us something. This is how the shopping experience should be, and we plan on returning soon due to this fantastic shopping experience and the warranty that Herman Miller is known for.

I love this furniture store. They have so many unique pieces of furniture. The quality of their products are great and well worth the price. I had Claudia Schoenfeld help me with several purchases. She was amazing! She has great taste and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store and Claudia to help you make your home beautiful.

Is there less than 1 star? Horrid manufacturing, communication, and delivery. I ordered 4 pieces, my experience has been horrid with each, which I’ll explain in turn. 1) bed: I ordered a bed, aside from it being months late, I got a call about 5 months in - and 2 months late-, that they couldn’t make it bc of a fabric availability issue. Two days later a delivery company calls me to set up delivery; 2) I ordered a couch in February for delivery end of May. At the end of June, I get notification that it’s in Ohio awaiting delivery to Phoenix. I’m told that twice. Then, a week later I get a call that the fabric is discontinued and if I want to order it in another fabric, it’ll take 14 weeks; 3) I ordered a dining table shown as “in stock”- I’ve now been waiting 3.5 months; I’m obviously cancelling it; And finally, I ordered a chair, it’s a month or so behind but I have zero faith I’ll ever see it.

I understand manufacturing delays and shipping delays, but my experience is not that. It’s complete disorganization, disregard for the customer, inability to manufacture & dishonesty. I’d be surprised if DWR is in business in a year, they are so poorly run. Save yourself heartache, and time and order elsewhere. The Roche Bobois sofa I ordered mid- pandemic came on time from Italy.

I ordered 4 house numbers in May. Two of the numbers shipped and arrived but I did not receive any information about the other two. After making two inquiries, I was finally told there was a delay and the other two would ship on June 3. June 3 came and went with no numbers. The associate I chatted with them told me that I was wrong and there was no delay. A manager later apologized. I was assured after writing this review that I would get updates. I did not. The remaining two numbers finally shipped on 7/15. DWR, stop blaming your poor customer service on the pandemic and improve it. I won’t be back.
