My entire experience with my FireFly Permanent Trim Lights was amazingly great! from start to finish. I had my lights installed in September and I am very happy and pleased with my purchase thus far.My Sales Representative JC was very pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable. His presentation was very informative and very well done.The installation was done within a month of signing the contract, the installers were able to complete the job without any delays. There was some observed issues after completion of the job that was taken care of promptly by Colt another awesome,friendly member of the team after I pointed it out.After installation was completed I had two nice ,incredible young ladies come out to my house to set up and tutor me on how to use my Firefly App. I was very impressed and awesomely pleased with the entire experience. I regularly go outside and just look and admire my lights, what I consider a great improvement and investment to my home!!

Firefly is great from start to finish. They were on time, professional and friendly. The lights look amazing and there are a ton of color combinations. The app is easy to use and they did a great job explaining it all. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with how our lights turned out! Tyson and Amanda are amazing people and knowing that it was important for me to have them up for the holidays, Tyson found the time to install them himself. The quality is incredible and with the color matching you cannot even tell they are on the house until they are lit up! Great product by even better people!

The Holidays just got Brighter!

I am blown away by how amazing Firefly Lights are! It’s hard to find a genuine company committed to delivering excellent customer service and Firefly exceeded my expectations!

Firefly trim lights are worth every penny! I had the lights installed on the front of my home and back patio. Firefly color matched the trim to my home, I can customize the lights to almost any combination/color, and they look incredible! I am so happy I don’t have to climb a ladder anymore to put up lights. It truly makes my day coming home and seeing the lights on when I pull into my driveway!

TJ (VP of Sales) and Brailey (Project Manager) are the dream team! TJ answered all of my questions during the initial estimate and provided different lighting options for my home and budget. He also provided a document I could submit to my HOA for easy approval. Brailey did a phenomenal job staying in communication with me throughout the entire project and showed us how to navigate the Firefly App (very user friendly!) Thanks to them this project was quick, easy and fun!

Troy - TJ and Brailey set a high standard of excellence and represent the Firefly brand exceptionally well. You could say they make it SHINE! 🙂 They set a superior example for the industry showcasing their knowledge, professionalism and integrity. I am so impressed!

It all started a few weeks ago when TJ walked up. Very polite, well informed and came ON TIME and with a great price. He sold us. Got HOA approval and they got us in. Next was Mason, he also was very polite well informed and worked his tail off with his newbie following behind learning everything Mason had been taught. Got the lights done in two days and they are astounding. Next in the visits was Brailey. She and her co worker came and showed us what this system can do… I’m still learning, but I’m amazed. Our over all experience was PERFECT. Less expensive than any other company, the product delivered was beyond expectations and I’m looking forward to staying off my roof during holiday seasons. I’ve already started getting rid of those old outdated used holiday lights. TOP NOTCH. You won’t be disappointed.
