I want to thank Flagstaff Landscape Products for helping me with my recent project. I've been using them for over 10 years. There is no better place to go for landscape and construction materials. The last few months, I've ordered several tons of gravel, floor fill, ABC cinder and sand for a home rebuild project. Every product and delivery was at the best price, as ordered, and ahead of schedule. I can't recommend them enough. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. My hats off to Rose as she went above and beyond to make sure my orders were correct, and my deliveries were on time. I work with a lot of contractors who know their products and trade, thanks to Rose I wasn't fodder for their construction blunder jokes.

Rose helped me pick out the perfect product for the task at hand. Her expertise was extremely useful and I don’t know if I could have done it without her. If anyone has any questions about a product she is the go to girl!! Prices are competitive and fair, all the staff seems to be extremely knowledgeable about all the products that they sell. I’d give 6 stars if it were possible!!

Rose- Extremely unprofessional, rude and takes no accountability. We are business owners, if there is a miscommunication of any type where I have a customer paying for my services I have to take some accountability being the “expert” in my field.

There was a miscommunication on our delivery for our customer. We called to work it out and Rose who stated she is family member of the owner was not only rude and sarcastic, she pushed responsibility off on us, and denied her part in the miscommunication and gave us a $38 discount on a large delivery. Then when we wanted to ask details about pricing, she wouldn’t let us talk and continue to hang up on us and told us not to call back.

I let my husband deal with it as he was until Rose began insulting his intelligence and profession by saying “oh I’m sorry you don’t know construction”… he wasn’t picking up on your nasty, condescending behavior, but I was. He was being calm, kind and collected. It was me that jumped in when you decided it was necessary to insult him and make fun of the fact that he got a name wrong. I don’t tolerate my employees talking to anybody like that, & I do not tolerate Professionals who we are doing business with mistreating anyone from my company, Husband or not. You should be ashamed of your behavior. No one was cussing at you. No one was mistreating you and you refused to let us ask questions about our invoice.

Just human to human, get it together and treat people with respect, especially if they’re paying you for a service.

If you’re a business owner and have to make large purchases from landscape company suggest looking elsewhere.

They answered all my questions thoroughly and guided me to the exact product I needed. The entire process was quick and efficient, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you Sage, Sabrina, and driver Steve. The River Rock looks great, delivery was on time and driver (Steve) was very helpful placing it in the area where we were going to use it. TERRIBLE. They charged me $230 to have a young inexperienced driver come to the house and say he couldn't put 10 yards of stone anywhere other than 2' off the road so I'd have to wheelbarrow it myself, or pay someone else more to move it. I cancelled the order! Then, called THE LANDSCAPE CONNECTION where 10 yards of stone was cheaper and the driver was FANTASTIC!! Don't make my mistake call THE LANDSCAPE CONNECTION 1st.
