We recently purchased a sectional from them. The entire process was very easy. We live a few hours away from the store and we were able to complete the purchase over the phone.
Customer service was great. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were overall very helpful.

Delivery of our sectional took under a month from the time the order was placed and the delivery crew was very professional.

We had a top notch experience at Furniture Plus from start to finish. First off, you can't beat their prices. I spoke with CJ on the phone and the prices he gave me then were the same when I came in and placed the order. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted and were able to place our order without delay. CJ helped us in the store and was just as awesome in person as he was on the phone.
Heather helped us with our order updates and was even able to help us modify our order. She was fantastic, as well! Our furniture ultimately arrived sooner than originally quoted, which was much appreciated! The delivery team was also very friendly and efficient.
Furniture Plus will be our go-to from now on for our furniture needs and I highly recommend them.
