Ed and Isabelle are a great team. Honest and trustworthy. They repaired my wooden chair better than new. I showed Ed some pictures of other repair work I needed on some furniture. He told me in those cases, it would be less expensive to by new. He did not try to upsell me.it was refreshing. I will refer others to them.

I have a piece of durable medical equipment that I purchased over 30 years ago that came in a really nice, durable, padded nylon soft case that's about 20" L x 18" W x 7" H. On one of my recent plane trips, the baggage handler decided to not handle it with care and the zipper was broken to where I couldn't use it anymore, which was not a good thing. I thought I'd have to have a whole new case made that likely wasn't going to be near the quality of the original and cost a chunk of change on top of that. I took it to Ed & Isabelle at Gilbert Upholstery to see how much it would cost to have one made, but Ed took it and went to work on it while I waited, and replaced the entire zipper system with a more sturdy version. He did an awesome job, and it's way better than the original! It only took about 45 minutes, and that was because we were chatting it up the whole time he was working on it. They are both super nice and very welcoming. Bang for the buck was great, and I have an upgraded case that will hopefully last another 30+ years! This was my first time using their services, but it certainly won't be my last for any of my upholstery needs! Thanks you guys!

My sectional sofa was over 10 years old and the cushions were done! Edwin and Isabel did the most amazing job removing the old feather inserts and creating new inserts that not only looked 100% better , but were 200% more comfortable!! They knew exactly what my sofa needed and it is like brand new!!
The cushions are half fabric and half leather so Randy from Randy's Color Restoration refurbished the leather and did a most amazing job. Nobody wanted to work on half leather and half fabric cushions, but Gilbert Upholstery and Randy's Color Restoration worked together to bring this sectional back to life! I have a beautiful brand new sofa and I'm so thankful for their hard work and expertise . They are the best. You needn't look any further for your upholstery and leather needs!!!
