I recently had a very troubling experience at the Fry’s Shopping Plaza at 67th Ave. and Happy Valley Road. The landscaping crew, of Gold Medal Landscape Management, who appeared to be non-English speaking, were blowing dirt, gravel, sand, and parking lot debris all over the cars parked in the lot. Even more concerning, they were blowing the same debris onto customers walking in and out of the stores.

When I approached the landscapers about the mess and the potential harm they were causing, they responded rudely and seemed indifferent to the situation. Unfortunately, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X was completely covered in debris as a result of their actions, and other vehicles and customers were similarly affected.

When I called Gold Medal Landscape Management to report the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. They acted as though the debris and damage were just part of doing business. Such a response is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Given the circumstances, I have contacted my insurance company, the City of Phoenix Police Department, and ICE to inquire about the legality of the workers employed by the company. I believe more should be done to ensure that businesses are held accountable for the actions of their employees, and that public safety and property are respected.

Was behind their truck today heading west on the 60. Whatever they had in the truck bed was not tied down properly. Hard particles peppering our truck! Dangerously did not secure their load.

No reason to be driving the wrong way on one way streets, no reason to park on the sidewalk blocking both ADA access into the church and neighborhood pedestrian traffic forcing us into the street.
This is a regular thing, in addition to leaving all the grass clippings and leaves in the street.

Couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Gold Medal. I called needing emergency Trimming and Overgrown removal for my my company. Not only were they very informative and very detailed on their services but the amount of respect of them understanding that it was an emergency was far beyond unexpected due to the previous companies I've contacted. They sent crews my way as soon as they were available. The work was fast, clean, detailed and more importantly very efficient. Its so hard to find great companies that actually take pride in their occupation and customer service!! Well done Gold medal. I had the pleasure of speaking with Trevor! Man what a delight to talk to someone so polite and understanding of the situation at hand. I will continue to do business with this company. Just simply amazed. Thank you!

Cleaned up our back alley of all the trash left from vagrants and did a beautiful job landscaping! I'm so thankful that I didn't have to do it this year.

They are truly a great company they do get back to you immediately and they will do what they say they're going to do. They are a top-notch Mesa Arizona landscape company for any need I recommend them! Definitely will do whatever you ask!?

Nice to know there is no change with poor drivers. Driver on Sunday 1/16/22 going towards Maricopa makes a habit of speeding up to cut off drivers and not using signals creating hazards and almost causing collisions. If this is how they represent the company in their vehicle, imagine the lack of quality they would leave in your commercial property. Will not recommend to any of my clients.
