We recently did a total remodel of our master bathroom. As we really didn't have a plan in place except that we wanted to totally do away with the bathtub and enlarge the shower K & K was fabulous to work with. They came out, took pictures and measurements and got a general idea of what we wanted. They came up with a plan that needed very few changes and recommended a contractor. While we did have to wait several months due to their popularity, it was definitely worth the wait. They came in within our budget, on time and all the staff was great to work with. We are so happy with the completed project and highly recommend them.

Work was begun on time, completed on time, and with attention to all details. Done by competent tradesmen, the finished product was exactly as I envisioned it. Tara, the front office staff was exceptional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout. Cory, the tile setter, was on time each day and is a perfectionist. Owner, Ivan, could not have been more attentive and continually checked in on the progress being made. Very happy customer!

Can't say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Starting with Tara in the office, her communication skills are impressive. She helped me pick out cabinets and granite, and kept me informed all along the way. Anytime I had a question, she was on it! Gary did my design and worked with me on changes. He listened, and had great ideas. Ivan is THE MAN. He came out to measure, and suggested the design I ended up with, something I would have never thought of. Ivan and his crew did the cabinet tear-out and install in a snow storm...no cancellations or excuses. They put in the granite countertops 2 weeks later, as they do the granite fabrication in the shop, no waiting for it to come from Phx. Everything is perfect!
This business is a one stop shop! I needed to have flooring work done with the new lay out, no problem. I needed some electrical work done to move and add outlets. K & L doesn't do electrical or plumbing, but they gave me referrals which was very helpful.
After this experience, it makes me want to redo my bathrooms! Do yourself a favor, hire them. I waited 6 months....well worth it.

We had recently purchased a new stove and the counter top required removal of about an inch and a quarter of granite so that it might fit properly. We called in, and were placed on the schedule for the next few days. The two service men showed up, were very polite, and went right to work. They measured the cut, marked it, and made the cut in no time. They helped me reinstall the stove to ensure that it was a proper fit. We love our counter tops and the service we received from K&L Ceramic! Thank you all very much!

We recently purchased a 20 year old home in Show Low where the kitchen needed a partial face lift. Cabinets and floor were fine, but Corian counters, backsplash and sink were in bad shape. Ivan met with us to discuss refinishing the counters vs. replacement. He asked questions to understand our goals and tastes, as a consultant should. He was extremely knowledgeable, offering pros/cons to both and made suggestions that kept us within budget. We decided on new granite, subway tile and a new sink/faucet. With our current supply chain issues, Tara was very efficient with their materials ordering process to keep the project timeline on track. The installation crew was skilled and quick - cleaning as they went. The job took less than two days and came in on time at exactly where quoted. No surprises. I could not be more thrilled with the final product. Kitchen looks great!
