After visiting several big box home retailers, we're glad we made the trip here. We weren't sure what we were looking for but found something within 15 minutes. Wish we came here first as they have a large selection of light fixtures on display. We love our new dining light!

This store has a wide variety of items on display at very competitive prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. We eventually returned and purchased a ceiling light. Again, the experience was pleasant. I would definitely encourage going to Lamps Plus if you have lighting needs.

Excellent service and they stand behind their products. I’ve been purchasing fans and lights in this particular store for a number of years. I recently purchased a chandelier that had broken parts out of the box. They ordered a replacement for me which arrived within a few days. Also I had another light that had stopped working a few days after the warranty expired. They replaced the light. Of all the items I’ve purchased in this store it just so happened that I had two items with issues at the same time. They resolved my problems to my satisfaction. Staff is already very helpful and courteous. That’s what keeps me coming back.

I can’t say enough great things about the fantastic customer service we received! We ordered a chandelier twice and it was delivered damaged both times. When we got in contact with the store in Chandler, Marcos went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we ordered and it was in one piece! I will definitely be coming back for all my lighting needs!

What a great shopping experience. Ed greeted us at the door and helped me try to find a very specific lampshade. But then I found a dining room light that I've searched for for 5 years! And it was on clearance! Abandoned the lamp shade, and he helped me find a matching ceiling light for my living room! Wrapped them up (both floor models) and we were out the door in minutes! Highly recommend this location. So many different styles and choices. My sister ended up buying a really cool occasional chair while we were there. It really is "Lamps PLUS." Rugs, mirrors, really cool occasional chairs and accessories. What a fun way to spend a Sunday. Go see Ed - he'll help you find exactly what you're looking for!

Went to another store in the same area to look at lighting and was underwhelmed and sad how dark it was and even the lighting was dusty; came here and the first thing I noticed was how bright and pretty the store was, which is what I want to see when looking at lighting! 5 stars!

Chris O’Meara at LampsPlus in Chandler is top notch! He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and continues to go above and beyond for us! The store had a ton of great options and Chris helped us select the perfect exterior lighting and fans, along with internal fans and a dining room light. I highly recommend Chris and LampsPlus!
