Lana was super helpful. We were greeted upon walking in, explained what we were looking for, and she showed us the different options. Lana showed us options that were both in stock and not in stock, and gave us a realistic timeline of when items would arrive. Our La-Z-Boy experience was fantastic! We worked with Lana K. and she did an excellent job. She answered all of our questions and provided all of the critical information we needed. Great service initially. Sales team was not pushy but were ready to help when we asked and called to tell us our order was "pulled" and ready for pick up. The issue was the program that notifies the warehouse did not capture the changed pick up date and we waited an hour to be told the item wasn't pulled; forcing us to drive a home empty handed and having to make another trip to Anchorage on another day for our purchase.

Alex took great care of us. No pressure sales. We were looking for a quality recliner for a big & tall guy.
