Kip and Cole did an amazing job. They listened to our expectations before starting the job. They executed them beautifully. They were professional, neat, quiet and cleaned up. Great experience with our Stellar lights. I was worried it wouldn't look as good as the more expensive lights but we're loving night one. Garrett answered the million questions I kept calling and emailing about. Nikki assisted with the payment process and made it easy. Install techs Dajaun and Justin arrived and finished earlier than expected. They were super respectful that I was working from home. I barely noticed them during the whole installation process. Dajaun gave me a high-level explanation of the app that covered everything I needed to get started. I got quotes from 4 different companies and Level 5 was cheaper by an average of about $1,000.

Kip and Bryan installed our lights yesterday and did an awesome job. They were very careful and took their time with the job. The lights look great and function just the same. We really appreciated their work and attention to detail when installing on our house. No issues with the roof tiles or anything. 5 stars all the way.
The only problem is the review QR code that was given to us to provide feedback wouldn’t let me select Kip/Bryan. So please make sure they get credit for their work!

After doing our research, and getting several quotes, my wife and I decided to go with Level 5 Lighting because of quality of Jellyfish lights and the workmanship everyone raved about in Go Gilbert and other reviews. We have no regrets! The owner, Derek, came by and talked us through the installation process, warranties, color matching, pricing, and even provided us with a schematic to submit to our HOA for approval. Then when we were ready to move forward, Derek had Brittany work with us, and she got us scheduled for installation without any issues, in fact it was ahead of schedule (Thank you Brittany)! Then on the day of installation, Dajaun and Hunter explained what they were going to do and answered a few final questions we had, went to work and the job was completed with no problems. So from us to the whole Level 5 Lighting Team, thank you for being friendly, professional, and for doing an amazing job! We are really happy with how our Jellyfish lights look on our house! We saw Level 5 Lighting at the Home Show at Westworld and knew we wanted it for our home. From quote to installation, Level 5 was courteous, prompt and professional.
