I had purchased 52 flush-mounted LED lights to go in my new home. After a period of time, I had experienced many failures of these LED lights. I contacted Lighting Design, explained my situation, provided pictures and received a very timely response. All in all, all 52 fixtures were replaced with a newly redesigned fixture that had the exact specifications as the original ones. Matt M was very helpful in this transaction and my peace of mind.

I had such a great experience at Lighting Design! They have an amazing selection of products, and the staff is so great at explaining the differences and pros and cons. They kept in contact and let me know right away when my item had been delivered, and helped me find a great electrician to install it. We have purchased many lighting fixtures from Lighting Design in Chandler. The selection is current, the pricing is very competitive and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We work with Jeff, who has helped us pick the right fixtures and outlets for every space. He has gone far and above the call of duty to ensure we are satisfied with each transaction. We are building a new home in Eastmark and Lighting Design was recommended by our builder, AV Homes. We were interested in purchasing 3 pendant lights for the kitchen island and 2 sconces for the master bedroom.

My girlfriend and I stopped in the store a couple of months ago to begin the selection process. I immediately found the pendants and sconces that I was looking for.

Closer to move in, I went back to make final decisions with my husband. I was helped by Christina. She gave me very competitive prices on both items. She dealt with our opposing tastes very tactfully. We mentioned that we will also be looking for ceiling fans. I was pretty much decided on the Craftmade brand due to previous history. I told Christina I was looking for a more modern look, when she mentioned a 60" 3 bladed fan that was right over her head. She turned it on a higher speed and the fan was very quiet. She expressed it was her favorite fan with clean modern design lines and for it's high movement of air (6000 cfm).

Then I saw another 3 bladed fan in the showroom that was just put up. I really liked the color (a medium grayish brown). It looks like a propeller! Christina attempted to find prices. She said she'd research and email me the prices. She emailed me the next day. Then I asked if the fans had a remote control that can be wired on the wall, since hand held remotes get lost easily. She researched again and got back to me within 24 hours via email.

With all my questions, changes, etc., she was always cheerful, helpful and professional, even when I would show up without an appoinment. I strongly recommend purchasing lighting through this company and more specifically through Christina. She's the best!
