Not happy. I bought a side table to use under our new TV on 11/10. It was in stock and could be delivered 11/12 in time for Thanksgiving. I opted for leave at front door delivery. After we opened the box we noticed it was damaged. I called customer service same day as delivery to let them know. They said they would take off $200 if I would agree to keep it as is or they can send out a tech to fix the issue. No immediate exchange offered, have to go through their warranty process. That’s fine, the tech came out 11/23 and said he couldn’t fix it and recommended a replacement. The replacement arrived today 11/27 damaged in the same exact place! So again I had to call customer service and again they offered $200 if we keep the damaged console. I told them no. Why should we have to fix/ keep damaged furniture. They said they would send out another tech to try to fix it. My husband and I work full-time and these appointments are a huge inconvenience.. Not sure how long this will go on until we get a undamaged or at least fixed piece of furniture. Very disappointed.

I bought 10 chairs from Living Spaces last week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their furniture and the selection. One of the chairs had a minor issue. I brought it back to the store and Tim and the repair team fixed it perfectly in no time. I will definitely shop here again in the future. Thanks, Living Spaces!

I’m absolutely appalled and so frustrated, I ordered a bedframe and spent nearly $900 on during Black Friday, I waited weeks for my delivery, painted my room, decorated and received my furniture today. During unboxing I noticed 4 holes? That look to be burnt into the sides of my upholstery. I called customer service and they are unable to replace my bedframe since it’s not out of inventory and they discontinued it?!

I was told they could come pick the frame up and fully refund me (so a return) or I could exchange it for something else. My problem is nothing is comparable since this was a Black Friday sale, I was told if I picked something else that was comparable I would need to pay the difference….. after calling again they were able to refund me LESS than $200…. So now I’m still out money in this shitty economy and my brand new bedframe is destroyed.

This popular sectional, Morro Bay, has quality issue. The video and picture was taken on the day of delivery. When I tried to move it to a different location, you can hear the armrest board was cracking. They offered my to replace that piece but I cannot trust the quality of the whole product. The interesting fact is the online customer service told me there is no restocking fee due to the quality issue; however, the refund did charge me restocking fee. I went to the store on 9/14 and the guy told me he will give me a call on 9/15. No call happened. Then I came again on 9/16 and they told me the restocking fee is charged for the piece without quality issue. Well who knows is there more quality problem on other pieces.
I would expect a better communication and a better quality worth $2000.

I went to the store 3 times and the supervisor promised me she will call me next day but no calls!

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They delivered my furniture with broken legs that literally fall off, it’s unfinished with strings everywhere, there is a hole in it and on top of that, mold. The best part is they told me they won’t give me a new couch or a refund because mold isn’t covered. This has also taken MONTHS to get anyone to assist and numerous emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I was in need of quite a bit of furniture and spent a few hours finding a beautiful sectional, also a bed-frame for my mattress and a gorgeous day bed/lounger (the only item I haven't received yet but will soon!) Harry was patient, informative and efficient through the entire process. I received the daybed and bed-frame this morning and love both. Delivery was excellent. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE. I purchased a couch with the $100 full service delivery. When the couch came, two non-English speaking workers showed up, half-heartedly brought the couch to the stairs and claimed it didn’t fit. I then rebought the couch and brought the couch up with one other helper. With photo proof that the couch could be brought up stairs the store refused to refund the delivery service fee we were charged. Absolutely ridiculous they use such a poor company then place the blame on us. DO NOT BUY THE FULL SERVICE DELIVERY. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

There is a young man working at Living Spaces that holds more mattress knowledge than every other human combined. His name is Matt and he walked us thru buying our mattress. He didn't try to sell us an expensive mattress, he made sure we got the best mattress for us. We ended up getting a mattress and a couple pillows. I'm gonna be honest with you, if you ever buy a mattress and it's not from Matt, you are not a genius.
