I had been looking for a specific piece for several months with no luck before I went to Zack and asked him if he could help me design something from scratch. Zack took the time to ask in depth questions regarding my vision. I showed him pictures of what I had in mind. I was nervous not being able to purchase something I couldn’t see, but I put full faith into him. Boy, did Zack and his team deliver. This piece is STUNNING. I already have our next custom design in that he is working on. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The craftsmanship is above par and something that is really uncommon these days. So impressed!

We live in Connecticut but spend a fair amount of time in the Western US. We have furnished our house with southwestern style furnishings. We stopped into Out West Interiors and Furnishings in Cave Creek on a trip earlier this year to Phoenix. We saw a bed that we really liked, but wanted a few modifications for our purposes. Zack Sexton listen to our needs and offered to build us the piece of furniture that we wanted. The bed came out amazing, and to top it off, the movers that we found to deliver the bed to Connecticut showed up at the Out West shop with just 30 minutes notice, and Zack got the bed wrapped up and safely on the truck to accommodate the movers schedule. Really amazing customer service - hard to come by these days!

Bought a lamp I fell in love with when I was at the store. Bad news: through no fault of the store, the lamp was cracked in shipping. Good news: the store went out of their way to work with UPS to get me a refund. They could have simply left that with me and UPS, but they didn’t, and I am very grateful for their help and persistence. I’ll definitely shop with them again!

The owners are fabulous!!! They take time with you explaining the furniture and truly have pride in their craftsmanship. Truly a unique store and old school quality and customer service!!! So happy with how it looks in our new place definitely shopping more there so worth it for good quality.

Out West Interiors is a very special, family owned and operated home design store. Zack is wonderful to work with. He helped us make design decisions to fit our home. We have purchased bedroom furniture, stools for our entryway, and a gorgeous saguaro sculpture. We still need several pieces and we look forward to the custom craftsmanship at Out West.

I just want to say this is a fabulous store, always find the one thing i'm looking for here. they never disappoint in there stock. The owners are just wonderful. Will keep coming back to ck out new items. I highly recommend this store. I have pictured the items i have bought there. A tv stand, 2 candle holders and a table. love all these items.
