This place is really great overall. Incredible furniture choices unique art and framed pictures and a large sales floor. I really appreciate going into a furniture store where the sales team is there to answer questions when you need them. They have a very courteous team knowledgeable and very helpful when needed. I have one suggestion to those who are interested in window shopping and purchasing.... THERE ARE ZERO RETURNS ON PURCHASED PRODUCTS. ALL SOLD PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. I highly recommend and encourage to measure your area and space ahead of time, really love the product and take pictures of your space to understand how the piece affects your space and mood.

Ive gotten many unique pieces from Potato Barn over the years. From furniture, to lighting, to artwork, to decor. They are all timeless and I get many compliments when I have company over. I love that if something catches your eye in the store, you can take that piece home with you that day! Associates are available, usually around the checkout desk or assisting others. No pushy sales people at this place! You take your time walking through the huge design floor and when you have questions find an associate. They also will have live musicians playing guitar and singing (always tasteful choices) which is nice as you sit on a comfy sofa trying it out. And a food truck out front from time to time. Love this store!

There are some overpriced reclaimed items, i.e. rusted out milk can for 100, it looked like it just came in from a field. That being said, there are a lot of unique items there.

Love love love this store! Great place to get unique furniture and decor pieces. It's a little pricey based on the fact that you won't find this stuff just anywhere. Go check it out.

This is a very nice store with beautiful & unique items. Store associates are friendly and do not hound you which I appreciate. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the 3rd party delivery service they use. I On the positive side I received a text message within minutes of leaving the store. I was offered a delivery date of 2 days which was great. The text message also said I would receive a 30 minute ETA on the date of delivery & time of delivery was between 12pm to 4pm. The charge was $160. I live within 12 miles of the store. My piece of furniture was delivered yesterday. I never received a text with their ETA. At 3pm they arrived at my house. They had unloaded a piece of furniture that was not mine and brought it up to my front door. They did not know my name or my address. CJ (the delivery man) asked me 3 times what my name was and what my address was. This was odd since I assume he had to put an address into his GPS to find my house. I mentioned I never received a text from him to advise me of his ETA. He did apologize but the whole thing was somewhat unprofessional especially being asked repeatedly who I was. He asked me to sign the invoice but did not have a pen, so I went into my house to get one. I’m not sure if I would purchase from Potato Barn again simply because of the high cost of the delivery & the delivery experience.
