I called them to ask them if they can clean our carpet that our cats urinated on. They were honest with me letting me know that they can’t clean carpet stained with cat urine. They said I have to toss out the carpet. I’m truly appreciative of their 100% honesty. Because of their honesty they have me as a customer for future needs! Tony arrived on time and immediately started his cleaning..John was not real sure that the couch, which is white, could be cleaned..He said Tony would know. Tony worked 10-12 minuets on couch, then went about the rest of the cleaning. Took him about 2 hours to clean carpets and 8 chairs. He was very professional and experienced in his work. Job completed on time and price quoted. Our couch, which he did charge us for, looks great.. All in all I will give them a 5 star rating .

Excellent Service; Excellent cleaning; Excellent, Excellent Excellent. I have had my carpets cleaned by several different companies over the years, this is the only one where the owner answered the phone, came out looked at the job gave me the exact price and showed up on time to clean my carpets. I can not say enough about people who have this much integrity this day in age. No other company was able to get my carpets this clean before. Thank you guys so much. Youre the best!

Pleased with service in cleaning carpet. We were pleased with previous cleaning of carpet and called them back. We just had ServiceMaster clean the carpets in a rental property we own. They do an excellent job of cleaning carpets. They indicated that the previous time the carpets were cleaned in this home there was way too much soap useded. Service Master does not use soap but special chemicals to clean. ServiceMaster rinsed the carpet twice to help remove the extra soap. Soap collects dust and dirt and makes the carpet retain the dirt. Another reason to use ServiceMaster Clean of Green Valley. We highly recommend this company and have used them 3 times so far.

Here 20 minutes 110 dollars...started at 1205 gone by 1230...615pm carpets still wet...lousy job...use someone else. All I needed was traffic areas done...will never use again...now 730pm...carpets still too damp to be walking on and a fan has been running all day...call someone else!!
