I have used Spot’s several times over the years for my home and have always been impressed with their quality and service. I recently used them to clean the chairs at our synagogue, Congregation Lev Shalom. The entire experience from initial contact with Leslie to the day of was five star. Going in, I was afraid due to how badly stained some of our chairs were but the chairs came out looking brand new! Happy to support a non franchise locally owned company as well! Thank you to the Spot’s team. Highly recommend!

You have been consistently the best customer service and delivery of services company I have had the pleasure to do business with!

A recent service prompted this review 12/22/23.

NEW EQUIPMENT to take care of dirty rugs at their plant!!! A dream come true! Spots comes in, swoops away your old, tired, DIRTY carpet, and swoops back with a new and improved version of it!

I had a beautiful carpet so dirty I thought I would, honestly, have to throw it away. So, I looked at replacing it and could not find something I liked better so I crossed my fingers and gave this a try. WELL!!!! I am here to tell tell this rug is prettier than when it was new. It came out so pristine, it was beyond any expectation.

Then, getting it back into place took some time, but again, not a problem with Spots, Adin patiently allowed me to have the carpet moved as much as I needed to make it right.

From Nathan's professional knowledge from years of experience, AND willingness to educate his customers, to Leslie's undying dedication to accommodate any concern with a positive attitude to the finished product, this company is a WINNER!

Nathan, the owner of Spots Carpet Care, is the most highly qualified, professional I have worked with in the 50+ years I have lived in Flagstaff. His staff and company were easy to work with. Wanted to take a minute to commend spots on their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. After a not so great experience with another company in town left my carpets in my rental unit unfit for upcoming guests, Leslie at Spots made time in their schedule to fit us in before our deadline. They took their time, noticed spots the other company never saw, did an EXCEPTIONAL job, not to mention they guarantee their work & your satisfaction.
Let me tell you from personal experience that it is well worth the slightly higher price... their work merits it. Thank you for a job well done & putting customers first every time!

Nathan and Phil cleaned and polished our travertine floors and they look brand new! I didn't realize this was a service that Spots provided until I spoke with delightful Leslie! Nathan and Phil did a carpet stretch due to buckling in the carpets and the carpet cleaning today and I tell you what those fellas do one helluva job! I am thoroughly impressed with Nathan (owner) and his company/work ethic. Honest, reliable, dedicated and an all around great example of a small town business owner. The carpets look fantastic along with everything else they did. Due to past experiences I feel confident saying that his equipment was superior to any other company I have used in town and they have a lot of knowledge. Nathan and Phil did a great job on our carpets, area rugs (I believe Aiden did the area rugs at their shop), carpet stretch and stairs. I 100% would refer/recommend Spot's to anyone who needs their carpets done. They have a lot of services beyond carpet cleaning and if I ever need those services in the future I will not hesitate to call Spot's. Also, Lesley in the office is extremely professional, warm and a pleasure to speak with. Just a knock out team over there at Spot's Carpet Care!

Spots was completely professional. They quickly returned calls, were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. Once here, the technician Chase was extremely courteous and professional. Did a great job getting cat urine out of our carpet that I thought I was going to have to have replaced. I'd definitely recommend using them.
