Impressed with the Furniture Ranch team from start to finish. Like others, they asked a lot of questions and designed what our minds envisioned. It took time, but we were informed in advance it would and we were happy not to rush the creative process. Truly appreciated when the delivery truck creeped down the street and backed in the driveway quite carefully! We expected a dolly with wooden boards to be assembled BUT we got a hand truck with a wall bed and its sidekick of a desk and shelving unit ready to go! About 30 minutes later, installation complete. Looks fab. Got a follow-up call to assure we were pleased. And we were invited to phone in for any concerns and/or support. Furniture Ranch comes recommended from us.
