You would be extremely lucky to engage the "dream team" of Keith and Angie at Top Comp homes. Keith is a wizard at understanding the market, evaluating comparable homes, and advising you as to what the best path forward is. He knows the market well, takes the time to study other "comps" rather than just throwing around numbers as many other agents tend to do. He is responsive, gets you into homes quickly, and communicates with other agents right away when you are interested in a home. Angie has vision. She can help you assess immediately what kind of work the home may need, how much it will cost, how soon it can be completed and what the pitfalls of renovations may be as to each home. She's also excellent at providing advice when a home doesn't need major work, but rather minor changes, and how to make those both economical and aesthetically pleasing to your own particular taste. We had experience with other realty teams prior to TopComp and nothing compares with the level of service, expertise, responsiveness of TopComp. Moving and listing your home is stressful, but TopComp made the process as seamless as possible. I cannot recommend this team enough. Also, Belen, another agent with TopComp is helpful, friendly, positive and just willing to go the "extra mile." The Valley is lucky to have TopComp here and able to assist with all your home buying, selling, and renovation needs.

TopComp did an amazing job for us! Keith and Angie spent time understanding our needs. They sent relevant properties for us to review and made sure the property met our criteria. . Being an out of state buyer required them to go the extra mile to communicate which they did flawlessly. When it came time to get serious, they previewed properties and winnowed the list, so the day of reviewing properties proved to be very productive. While under contract, they filled us in every step of the way and made recommendations on services. I would whole heartedly recommend TopComp to any buyer or seller, their model is excellent!!
